Myanmar Council of Churches installed a new General Secretary by the Biennial General Meeting held at the Myanmar Baptist Convention’s headquarters on June 18-20, 2008. The General Secretary, Thara Saw Shwe Lin hailed from Self Supporting Karen Baptist Mission Society (SSKBMS) , one of the constituent of the Myanmar Council of Churches.
